Think Crew is excited to announce that v2.6 is live! Check out what’s new below:
New Team Plan
Team is a payment plan intended for features and series. This plan allows shows to pay for Think Crew directly, instead of relying on crew to have their own subscriptions.
It will also allow any user in a Team project full access to all Think Crew features, regardless of their individual subscription status. This includes free users. Any user invited to a Team project will have unfettered access to all features including AI scene descriptions, printing, exporting, etc. in that project.
Authorized members of a Team project will also be able to invite an unlimited number of users to that project – allowing any number of team members access to the real time information available in Think Crew. And of course, they will be able to utilize our granular permissions to control what each of those users is able to see and do.
Improved Versioning
Think Crew has overhauled how it deploys new versions to the server. For future updates to the site you will see a button at the top of the screen that allows you to update to the latest version automatically. When those versions launch you won’t need to remember to shift-refresh – just click the button and you’re upgraded.
Also, when new versions were posted to the server, some users would lose their connection to the site as the old version was overwritten. Our new deployment system holds up to three versions of the site so even if you’ve delayed upgrading, your connection to the version you’re using will still be available to you.
Fixes
We also fixed some bugs!
- Manager lists now break on long words instead of overflowing their container
- Schedules now don’t reload after the first 10 seconds
- The Think Crew logo broken link issue was resolved
- Schedule / Breakdown dropdowns are no longer clipped by the edges of their container
