We’re thrilled to announce that Think Crew 2.2 launched this weekend with seven powerful new features designed to make your scheduling faster, easier, and more flexible than ever before.

What’s New in 2.2?

Revise Scripts:
Script revisions just got effortless! When a new revised script arrives, simply upload it to your project and use our new revision feature. Think Crew will generate a comprehensive revision report showing every breakdown and element change, giving you complete control over what updates get applied to your existing schedule. You can selectively choose which changes to import, whether it’s switching a scene from night to day or adding or removing characters, ensuring your schedule updates exactly how you want it.

Day Zero:
Take full control of your shoot day numbering! You’re no longer limited to starting on Day 1. Set your first shooting day to Day Zero, Day -1, Day 10, or any number that fits your production needs. This flexibility makes it easier to align with your production’s unique scheduling requirements.

Category Colors:
Customize your workflow with individual color control for all categories. Choose any colors you’d like, or select from pre-made palettes including Scriptation colors and Final Draft colors. You can always reset to Think Crew defaults with a single click, giving you the visual organization that works best for your team.

Start Date in menu bar:
Setting your board’s start date is now incredibly simple!, Just click and select a new date right from the menu bar. No more navigating through multiple screens to make this essential change.

MiniMap Navigation:
Navigate large schedules with ease using our new MiniMap feature! This miniaturized version of your board shows you exactly where you are and lets you jump to any section with a single click. Perfect for those long feature shoots or complex episodic schedules. It’s a real time-saver.

Enhanced Print Options:
We’ve added two valuable print features: the ability to turn off all strip colors for clean black-and-white printing, and the option to print only your currently selected strips. More control means more efficient workflows.

Element Link Icons:
Linked elements now display helpful icons showing when they were automatically added due to another element. Hover over the icon to see the name of the parent element. This makes scheduling even more intuitive.
