- What used to take hours now happens in about half a second per scene
Whether you’re working with a 200+ scene script or something smaller, you can grab a coffee and return to find all your scene descriptions ready to go. It’s that simple!
Powerful Progress Reports
Keep your entire crew in the loop with our new Progress Reports feature – whether they’re on set, in base camp, or in transit.
Key capabilities include:
- Real-time crew updates: Notify your entire team about what you’re shooting and when
- Traditional progress tracking: Log first shots, lunch breaks, wrap times, and custom events
- Scene status management: Mark scenes as partial, shooting, or complete with timestamps
- Multiple visualizations:
- Strip view with duration heights to visualize scene complexity at a glance
- Circle charts showing estimated durations for each scene
- Overview waffle board to track completion status across your entire shoot
Smart synchronization: All visualizations share the same data, so checking off a scene in one view automatically updates all others. Your progress reports stay perfectly synced with your boards.
