How the Integration Works

Getting your Think Crew schedule into Set Hero is remarkably simple:

Step 1: Export from Think Crew

Navigate to your Think Crew project
Go to the Schedule page
Select the schedule(s) you’d like to export
Click the Export button
Select “Universal Schedule Standard (.uss)”
Save the .uss file to your device

Step 2: Import into Set Hero

Log into your Set Hero account
Open your project (or create a new one)
Navigate to the “scenes” page within your project.
Click the import button and then choose “Think Crew” from the dropdown menu.
Either drag and drop your .uss file or click to browse and select it
Review the data in the import preview and address any errors or warnings.
When everything looks good, click “Approve and Import” and you’re done!

Your schedule appears in Set Hero complete with all scene information intact. From there, you can immediately create professional call sheets with your scene details, add crew information and call times, and distribute them to your cast and crew with just a few clicks.
